About the Artistic Leadership Team
Jennifer Dice, Playwright, Designer, Marketing Specialist.
Jennifer has written several dozen plays for adults and youth. She is a regular participant with 14/48: The World’s Quickest Theater Festival in Seattle and on Vashon Island, as a playwright and a design team lead and member.
Steven Sterne, Director, Actor, Administrator, Photographer.
Steven has extensive acting, directing, and theater Board experience in Seattle, and has made a fast start in establishing himself as a theater artist on Vashon since moving to the Island in December 2023. He was the Managing Director for Drama Dock in 2024 and sits on the steering committee for 14/48 Vashon.
Kat Eggleston, Musician, Playwright, Actor.
Kat is one of the leaders of the Vashon Island music scene. A performing songwriter by trade, she toured internationally for many years, now devoting her time to teaching music on Vashon, and appearing onstage with Vashon Repertory Theater, Drama Dock, or 14/48. Her play “The Cyclone Line” was produced by Vashon Repertory Theater, and her original music can be heard in Vashon Rep’s play “Oscar’s Journey.”
